Sellfire is a CRM software for users in all role types within the sales process. Features are regularly added to Sellfire in order attract new customers and claim its place within the CRM marketplace. As the lead designer on the product, I guide the UI/UX process of all new features and am a key voice in the conversations around functionality and user-oriented design.
Call Reporting With AI
Sellfire’s call reporting leverages AI to provide data-rich insights and dynamic analysis tools. I developed comprehensive interactive prototypes with variables to demonstrate to stakeholders and engineers how these AI features would behave would implemented.
Sequences
This easy-to-use workflow builder allows organizations to create predictable cadences for pursuing leads throughout all phases of the sales cycle. The prototypes I developed were used to demonstrate this game-changing feature to prospective Sellfire customers to excite them about the future of the product.
